Working on behalf of the principle building contractor Nevada, the old office block in the Terrance Lewis Building at Derriford Hospital was revamped into a new discharge lounge. The works consisted of stripping out the old electrical wiring and replacing with new. The new installation works included upgrading the distribution boards, installation of new general lighting, power, nurse call, fire alarm and access control systems. The new discharge lounge successfully opened to schedule on 13th December 2019.
